They did it again... got a $15k increase on my BBP about a month ago. Today I get an email congratulating me on my new cli... a month later. What is with these guys? 🤣

OK I reread your post. I thought you were previously at 15k and they bumped you up to 25k. This is just the recognition of your previous bump up. Well it's nice anyway

For all of AMEX's successes this is surely not one of them. I found it more irritating than anything when they did this to me as well. This email should be sent on the day of the CLI approval, not a month after the fact. I don't know why they think this is a good idea but it's dumb.

amex is always a day late and a dollar short with everything customer-facing. For example they keep telling me to activate the replacement card that was sent 2 months ago and activated 2 months ago.
