How often can you request a CLI with Home Depot? Is it every 6 months or have people had luck with less?
I opened card in late June and was approved with a $750 limit.
I called back around day 24 or 25 of being a cardholder and requested a CLI. They approved me for a limit of $5000 with no hard pull, being the last pull was less than 30 days old.
In addition to that, I called back first week of August and requested a CLI in line with my Lowes ($10,000 limit). It cost me a hard pull but I was approved for a total line of $11,000. So $10,250 in increases for one hard pull.... i'll take that every day.
My EQ score at time was 697 with 4 INQ and two paid collections on CR.

Dang, Lucky! I was approved for $500, I spent and paid on time a total of about $1,500 overall (Not at once) then I asked for $2,000 increase and was approved (Online) went and bought a shed, sent a $150 payment and called them to ask for $5,000... Was denied
I got a hard pull on the $1,500 increase =/

Call the number on the back of the card and after you enter your info, Don't press a button, Just wait and after like 5 minutes it'll transfer you to a CS rep.

Yes call number on back of card. I got lucky. But I also think the Lowe's 10K line (which has now increased to 17K btw) played a role and I let them know I wanted a limit commesurate with my Lowe's. Nothing wrong with using leverage.
