Hooters MC AF

Is it possible to get the AF removed once you have the account and remain in good standing for a few months? I was offered an 1100 CL with an AF of the 72 dollars, but my account with Orchard Bank is 1300 (after 2 years) with the same AF, and while Hooters will eventually surpass Orchard Bank in my CL, I dont want to be paying for 2 annual fees.

I think before the annual renewal we can ask them to waive the annual fees. If they dont, we can always close the account. I am going to do that when it is time to renew. No way I am paying AF on any of my cards.
