No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I recommend reading through the Discover unofficial data points thread when you have time, as you'll see a ton of different profiles and what worked/didn't work for them with respect to Discover CLIs. Whether or not that information has any bearing on your Discover growth now and in the future is questionable, but it's a great read and will arm you with plenty of knowledge when it comes to Discover CLIs.
I have a $2000 limit on my Discover, It is the lowest of all my cards and it's only 2 months, but I think it's alright.
I would only use this card when I get a 5% category that I actually use and doesn't conflict with Freedom or Gold (4xMR > 5% Cash).
Since the cap is $1500, so, theoretically I would need NO more than 1500 limit.
Just my thoughts and in my case I don't need to increase my overall limit at this time.
Thanks for all the replies and insightful answers everyone. Just wanted to get a ballpark range on the frequency of CL increases, my initial CL seemed low compared to my first credit card from a stricter credit issuer. It does seem like it varies drastically from person to person.
CLIs are all over the map with Discover. Some report them being available frequently, say every 30-60 days. Others find them coming more in in the 3-6 month range. Some are lucky to see one per year, while there's definitely a final group that literally never sees them.
So my dico card just graduated, how long should I wait till I send in a request?
I think 3 months would be a reasonable time frame, but you could do it as early as tomorrow if you'd like without risking anything.
Many questions get asked on here multiple time, haha
I'd say maybe check once a month. Certainly your CLI offer isn't gonna be as big as if you were to wait 2 or even 3 months though. My Discover It is 1 year and 5 months old now and have gotten 3 soft pull CLIs. I went from $750 in October 2017 to $1500 in March 2018 to $2000 in June 2018 to $3500 in February 2019. Sometimes they do auto CLIs. Otherwise, you can ask for one and it will be a soft pull CLI. I initiated the request each time. It can vary for everyone how often Discover is willing to increase the credit limit.

To be expected when you're talking a forum with around 3.5 million posts.
I disagree with your theory that a CLI will be bigger if you wait longer. There's no way to know that for sure.
I received $11,800 ($3800, $4000, $4000) across 3 CLIs in 64 days from Discover early on when I had my account. I find it hard to believe that if I hadn't gone for/accepted the first two that if on Day 64 I requested one my CLI would have been $11,800 or greater. In fact, I'd argue just the opposite that my CLI would have likely be just about what my first one was and that I would have "missed out" on the other 2 that were obviously on the table for me over that span of time.
you can always call in to DD (double dip).
Thanks for reminding me....!!!

For me, My card gor graduted exatly after 6 months. I had $200CL got increased to $1250 at graduation time.
