I have a Commenity store card I received via SCT back in November 2014. I used it once and immediately paid it off in December 2014. It reported to all three CRA's for Dec 2014 and has not updated since. If buy something will Commenity report all the months since last purchase until now as "paid as agreed"? Or will they only report the most recent month?

Depends on the lender.
Comenity is pretty hit and miss with lack of activity.
Ok thx Nixon. I think I will close this account since it is not reporting and they sell very little I want to buy. Does Comenity place remarks such as "closed by consumer" on reports?

Yes. Closed at the request of consumer or similar.
Thx again.

With a notation that says "Currently in sock drawer"
I guess I need to file disputes on all of my SD cards, none of them have that notation. Although maintaining when I take them out for a bit is going to get cumbersome.

Thx for the post link. I have been looking for posts on the subject but hadn't found any.
