I dont know if you can, id be wary of going over 25 percent of your yearly income if I was your lender, personally

Perhaps someone else could shed light.

Also you gave no information on your credit profile.

High utilization is killing your scores.  Don't take on new debt until you resolve past debts.

I'm surprised you were approved for a CLI with that utilization.

I'll second the motion on utilization — especially on the Discover card, which is maxed.  A lesser factor would be that the OP's credit history is a little short. Income shouldn't be an issue. 44k in income can support a handful of 5-digit limits with a longer history and a much improved balance situation.

Honestly if I were you I’d be stoked and grateful you got 10k with that higher utilization right now. Celebrate and work on lowering it! :-)

With 8 months history, congrats on getting the offer for a $10k card.

Work on paying the utilization down, and enjoy the cards you have, there are some decent rewards there.
