Is it even possible? I have an Amazon Visa with a $500 limit that is about to cut it's 10th statement. I just got Mileage Plus Siggy with a $5k limit. What is the likelyhood that Chase will match or increase the Amazon CL via autoluv? My overall usage is about 21% that is carried over three cards. Perfect payment history over all accounts over the past 24 months. Is there any other way I can "encourage" Chase to give me a CLI on my first account? Thanks in advance for not suggesting that I reduce UTL to one card with < 10% or applying for a new card and merging it with the oldest.
It's certainly possible but they have to offer it. How one qualifies is anyone's guess. You can certainly look over prior discussions regarding CLI's and Chase if you want to try to figure it out based on anecdotal evidence.

No idea but creditors do not simply match limits. Limits and CLI's are set based on what one's credit and income qualify for at the time of approval.

Revolving utilization is a significant scoring and risk factor. If you want the best possible odds for CLI's then you want your credit to be in the best possible shape. That means not only getting utilization in check and/or optimized when applying but getting everything else in the best possible shape as well. Perfect Payment History over the last 24 months helps but you entire Payment History matters. If it's not 100% then see what you can do to address any remaining issues with your Pamyent History as it is the biggest factor.
The only "known/reliable" method with Chase is to apply and merge which is why it's a common suggestion but even for that approach you'll want your credit to be in the best possible shape before pursuing that path.
Again, we have no idea what the underwriting requirements are for auto CLI's with Chase.

This is an excellent sentence, OP
With a $500 card, and if you want an auto CLI, my method would be to charge that card heavily, to $400 on a regular basis and pay in full. You want to use the card, probably for rewards, right? So just use the card as it is available. Disregard any impact on your FICO score, because it probably will be less than 10 points. In any event, a score drop from maximizing usage of the Amaazon card will be temporary, and is part of the dynamic score calculations. With consistently heavy usage, including from time to time going to a $490 open balance on the card is likely your best bet, both to maximize your usage and rewards from the current CL, and perhaps seeing an increased CL. No guarantees from heavy usage, but it is an option, and gets you some rewards from that spend.
Good luck!

The Amazon Visa isn't known for stellar limits to begin with. It's not explicitly stated, but it's probably the bottom rung of the Chase ladder. Several forum members in here have $500 - $2,000 limits on this card, while carrying $10k+ cards from Chase.
If you want this one to grow, you will have to resort to heavy PIF usage, or a HP CLI. I don't think you're going to get anywhere close to $5k with the HP, so my advice would be to use it heavily.
You could always resort to the tried and true method of app'ing another Chase card, and reallocating some of the credit line to the Amazon Visa.

I don't know of anyway to receive a CLI without a HP with Chase. Recently, folks have been receiving auto luv, but there is no way to know what criteria Chase is using to qualify people for it. IMHO, if you want a CLI than you will have to take the HP. Best of luck!!!
...and to add to that whether anyone agrees with the decision or not, other folks have posted on opening up a new co-branded Chase cards only to almost immediately in some instances transfer that limit over to the card that they wish to have more of a total limit on.
