How do I get ccards to report?

I have 2 new cc. One is USAA for 2500 and a Target Visa for 3000. I haven't used either one and neither is showing on my credit report as a new account. Do I have to use them to report? If so, can I just spend like 20 bucks and then go home and make a payment? Any advice helpful.

Some CCCs dont report if there isnt a balance each month.  You can use the card, PIF before the3 statement drop date to show 0% util, or pay down some of the balance to shopw some util report.  keep it low (% or less and PIF before the due date and you will be golden.
