How do I get a TL report to all 3 CRA's? I have Victorias Secret credit card and keep getting CLI but for months now they only report to Experian. Do I contact the creditor or the cra's?
Creditors are not required to report if they don't want to. That said, have you used the card recently? Commenity will only report when there is usage.
I have used it and I left a balance of $10. report but it only updated on Ex.
Only Comenity can help you with that. The CRA's cannot "pull" accounts that are not being reported by the creditors, they can only accept what is reported.
For this account to appear on your other reports, you will have to get Comenity to "push" it on there by reporting it across all three bureaus.
As the prior posted mentioned, they are under no obligation to do so, and I have no idea if Comenity routinely reports to all three or not. If they do, they should fix it for you easily and get it to report. The CRAs are powerless to force Comenity to report something if they don't want to.
Thanks I'll give them a call and see if they'll report to all three.
what a pain! They want me to write a letter to their dispute department & ask for the account to be reported to all 3 agencies.
The person I spoke to insists that they only report to experian. I know that isnt true because I just have to look at my past reports. Does everything always need to be so difficult?
Yeah, unless the VS is different than other Comenity cards, the CSR was full of crap.

I have a Virgin America VS through Comenity and it reports to all 3 bureaus. Always has. I did note a poster above saying if there's no activity they don't bother dialing it in that month to the CRA's and that did happen once. But I think you should give it a go and call and see if you can speak to someone else because that is a categorical bunch of Bull---! On top of which Comenity frontline reps are often ignorant or completely asinine in their knowledge and the way the handle customer problems. Call again and see if you get someone more helpful. I have never heard of anyone complaining that it's only going to one CRA. MIght be others but I've read thousands of threads and never come across that one.
P.S. - You might have to put small spend on each month to get the data on your reports. (not a problem for me because I'm going for airline points and so use monthly).
