While you are viewing the message you wish to reply to, you click on REPLY ... then when the toolbar appears, there is an icon that is a quote "bubble." When you mouse over it, the label says, "Quote Post."

Thanks Hauling. It is exciting to learn all these features. Pretty powerful tools.

If you're in Internet Explorer, hit the quote button, and then go to the bottom and hit "Graphical Editor." Then you just have to highlight what you want to delete and so forth. But sometimes the indents and lines get squirrelly on you, so you have to play with the buttons for those (they're on the toolbar.)
It's a little more exciting if you're in Firefox (or if you're not using the graphical editor when you're in IE.) Then you have to get friendly with html!
