How do we post reply to a message

I still dont get it. Some of are you able to post a reply to exact or specific message instead of the general thread. How do you do that? I am not able to figure that out. Could you please tell me.

LOL... it happens when you quote any other threads instead of just the op post if I understand what you referring to.

No, orl, I still did not understand. How did you manage to reply to my message and include my orginal message in your reply. Do see what I am saying? That is what I want to be able to do when I reply to a message. How do we do that?

While you are viewing the message you wish to reply to, you click on REPLY ... then when the toolbar appears, there is an icon that is a quote "bubble."  When you mouse over it, the label says, "Quote Post."

If you're in Internet Explorer, hit the quote button, and then go to the bottom and hit "Graphical Editor." Then you just have to highlight what you want to delete and so forth. But sometimes the indents and lines get squirrelly on you, so you have to play with the buttons for those (they're on the toolbar.)

It's a little more exciting if you're in Firefox (or if you're not using the graphical editor when you're in IE.) Then you have to get friendly with html!

Thanks Hauling. It is exciting to learn all these features. Pretty powerful tools.
