How does Barclays and others view receiving Plastiq payments?

I have an idea that's a win-win for me. I need to know if credit cards provided my my local CU or provided by such banks as Barclays will not like this and possibly close my account.

I want to meet the $4000 spend for 150,000 points for updgrading to the AMEX Hilton Aspire, which has been offered to me.  The only way I can meet the spend is to pay bills via Plastiq.  I already know that AMEX does not allow car loan payments via Plastiq.  Therefore, I must use AMEX/Plastiq to pay OTHER credit cards since I don't have any other large recurring debt.  I have a $3000 balance between my local CU cards and a $1000 balance on my Barclays AAdvantage Red Aviator card.  I can use Plastiq and immediately turn around and pay AMEX Hilton.  I meet the spend and get the AMEX Hilton points and pay off my OTHER credit cards all at the same time.  Not only that but my AMEX Hilton qualifies for Plan It , which allows me to pay off the AMEX balance over time without interest.  That makes this whole plan a work-around to transfer balance to a zero interest card.  I know Platiq charges a fee and I know Plan It has a fee.  However,  not paying interest makes up for the fee.  As for the $450 Aspire will charge, I can use the $200 airline reimbursement to buy airline ticket and use some Hilton points for hotel, creating me a complimentary trip somwhere!

So how do you think OTHER credit cards will react to being paid by Plastiq, knowing that Platsiq is actually using a credit card to make payments? Or will they know the payment is from Plastiq?

I don't have any experience with this but I could see it ending in disaster. There's a reason you generally can't just pay a card with a card. I doubt that the intermediary would change that. Some lenders (Chase, Barclay's, Amex come to mind) would likely be very unhappy. Hopefully I'm wrong and someone can correct me but I'd definitely lean on the side of caution with this.

It’s not even about how banks may view this transaction. Plastiq doesn’t allow paying other credit card debt through their service.

Correct. I tried it because they was running promotion which waived the fee but plastiq denied my transaction.
