If you have good credit and a good fact pattern (heavy usage and PIF) then it's pretty easy. You'll probably get stuck with an HP though.

If you fill out the CLI request FORM on the website, it will definitely be a hard pull. Not sure about auto CLIs though. I've used my card heavily and PIFed every single time and nothing from them, and I've had the card for about a year. Discover gave me one at 6 months, and my usage on that was super light compared to my usage on the Citi card.
