credit limit increases with any of these credit cards....

Juniper, WAMU, Capital One, Household Bank, Macys, Shell Gas Card, JCP, or Walmart

  having wamu cc from 04/2007, no CLI till now.

and householdbank cc from 2005, got 1 CLI in 02/2007.

only had (typo) my macys cards for 2 weeks now. they said after 3 months of on time payments i could request a cli

Juniper - Got decreased and told I better not ask for an increase again
WAMU - Not one in 3-4 years.
Capital One - Had to ask but this was 8 years ago
Household Bank - Does Orchard count? Have to ask them...
Macys - Had to ask but that was 8 years ago

Never had the others.
Shell Gas Card
JCP
Walmart

Cap1-everythree months when I asked.

Hsbc- every 6 months like clock work, although very small increases, without asking.

WAMU- 1 year have yet to receive one.

This seems backwards to me. 

You must have a "good HSBC card"

Send WAMU an email though the wamucard.com website-

They will send you a reponse that the don't do customer initaited CLI's... BUT they will mark your account for review.

Also make sure they have your income updated.

The one HSBC card that I kept is a pretty decent one. It got over shadowed by the one that I hated.
