I personally don't have any complaints. I like the customer service and user friendly web interface. Nice increases and timely posting of payments. Was there something specific you wanted to find out about..?
I just applied for AMEX Everyday card after a few days of hesitation since I was worried I would apply, not get approved and take the hard inquiry hit. My approval chances were good based off Credit Karma. After thinking about it all day I said what the heck and got approved for $1K. My credit was around 665ish.

Haven't been here in a while so not up to date on much. Thinking about getting an Amex again. When I left them it was on good terms so shouldn't be an issue.
I'm curious how they are treating everyone lately?
Very good customer service, web services are good incluiding the free EX fico credit score, great credit line increases X3 from your original credit line to be exact.
I have a EveryDay Card at 17.49% (v), Credit Limit at $5,300

Welcome back.
I have 3 cards with Centurion Bank and one on the network with BBVA, and I'm happy with the services I received.
Amex Offers (as in merchant-specific statement credits, not card app bonuses) aren't as good as they used to be.
Platinum now offers a backdoor to Marriott Gold via SPG, though. That's a nice feature that hasn't gotten a lot of attention. I'm renewing mine.

Because of this feature I kept my Platinum and downgraded my Ritz to the Marriott Premier.

I just applied and got approved yesterday for both of my Amex cards. The only thing I'm worried about is my $500 limit on my Everyday card getting stuck there for a while, like their smaller limits tend to do.
The offers are also super-meh to me. 90% of them are obscure online retailers I don't shop at, and there aren't any restaurant offers. We'll see if they improve over time.
Only complaint I really have was the crap starting limit, but that's my fault for chasing them at the tail end of a rebuild. Otherwise, the sign-up bonus for BCE when I apped was good, the APR nice, and the member offers for discounts/statement credits have come in handy. Their CS has been fine the few times I've dealt with them.
