1. TU but some report EX pulled so be prepared or freeze EX if possible. 2. Second card will be easier since you have shown history with them on first card. 3. CL size depends more on what on your credit report, income than type of cards. Some reported barclay itunes 10000CL while some got AirTran 500CL.

Im interested in getting the AirTran card in August. DW and I would like to go to FL in September.
-What bureau will they pull? (thinking TU)
-Do theywant a certain amount of history with the card you have from thm before they will approve for 2nd?
-Does this card give out good CL's?
The Airtran Card is no longer avaliable from what I understand.

Depending on my credit situation in six months, my next card might be a second Barclays card (the rewards one). My goal is Chase Freedom, Amex Zync, or Discover More but unless my scores bounce back rapidly -- none might be attainable.

I just looked at the cards Barclay offers and I don't see it either.
Look here, Barclay Cards
Everyone keeps forgetting about the Priceline Visa card by Barclays. I think it's worthwhile. You get something like three times the points when you do name your own pricing on Priceline (it might even be 4 times points--can't recall right now). And Barclays points are usable towards statement credits. I've accumulated almost 10,000 points on the card (they gave me 5,000 points when I received the card) which translates to an almost $100 statement credit. I'm saving up my points for a nice purchase in the future. Can't say enough good things about Barclays.

You're right, I think the merger with Southwest means its now the Southwest chase card.

-TU (99% certain on this)
-You should have at least 6 months of history (with activity) on your first Barclays card.
-I've seen them give out $4K limits on 2nd cards when the first card had a $1K limit. They're generous if you use the original card.
AirTran is no longer offered but you can try Priceline Visa or US Airways MC. If you don't like US Airways, remember they're a member of Star Alliance and you can use US miles on any of the Star Alliance airlines.
I have the Barclaycard Rewards card but they customized my rewards to get 2 points for every travel purchase. I'm very happy with it so far.
