I have had banking relationship with Chase since I was a freshman in college and credit card ($300 CL) with them since I had my first student job.
Fast foward 6 years to just before I joined myfico... $300 had growth to $2000 after about 5-6 HP CLI. So.. yeah... they're stingy when it comes to CLI.

(1) Chase is extremely stingy with customer-initiated CLI. They'll take your HP and give you next to nothing back.
(2) Do you need all 4 of those cards? See if you can consolidate lines; then apply for something new.
Chase is known to have an internal limit and if your cards are not growing, and you're not getting high new lines, you might have reached that limit.
I went from 3000 to 9000 on the Freedom and then to 13000 or 15000 about one week later. I was using the card a lot, so that helped. It's a lot higher now, but I don't really remember how it got there. I don't really agree with the open and move limits because you could get approved for a 1000 or 2000 card which wouldn't provide much use. Also, not everyone's credit reports can tolerate new accounts. If you want a bonus and you r report can handle it, then go for it. If you don't want a new account and have been using the card well, ask for an increase.

With Chase, if you're not good for new accounts, you're pretty much not good for a CLI either. Agreed, with new accounts, it's an HP + AAoA drop vs just HP with CLI request. Still, people anecdotally have reported greater success getting newer cards and then consolidating than getting straight CLIs.
Thanks for the data point though.
I've had success with them for whatever reason. They auto CLI me from $2k to $4k after 5 months and then increased me from $4k to $10k after I sent a CLI request via secured message.
To add to my original reply .. last month I wasted 2 HPs requesting a CLI on my CSP. The first HP happened when I initiated the request .. it was of course denied. I contacted the EO and they asked to pull another report .. I was reluctant but I agreed. They pulled a different CB report (EQ). It was denied again. Never trust they will give you an increase. On the other hand .. they do SP CLIs every now and then .. on their own. They increased my CSP from $5k to $6k just two months after account opening,
