Quick question, how is the 91th day calculated for purposes of Discover cli request? I just figured I would wait for my 3rd statement to cut. Would this be correct, or am I missing something here?
Thanks!
Not 100% sure as I am new to Discover as well. My third statement was issued a few days ago and I applied for a CLI and was only given $500. I am waiting to reach day 91 and will apply for another CLI.
Hmm, interesting. I would have thought that was my 91St day cli. But kudos to you for going back in and trying again. Let us know what happens.
Its 91 days from Open Date then 91 days from last CLI for me.
If discover hasn't started giving you cli's then try every 3 statements.

That site helps alot.
Great Question for I was curious as well.
90 days is the statement that they make when you first open the account before they'll allow a CLI. However before the 90 day period is up depending on you profile you may see an auto CLI which means you should manually ask for another CLI since they're opening the CLI door to your account. You can apply manually for a CLI at any time which will be a SP unless they come back and ask you for a HP to process the request. Personally I've been pushing the button every Monday instead of worrying about every 30/60/90 days. So far since 7/2015 my account has shot up from $4400 to $22,600.
My account was opened early February. My third statement wasn't until May 20th though. I hit the luv button every so often but I get the screen with a check box saying they have to review my credit report and to enter my phone number. So frustrating. 4 months with $1000 limit PIF and they want to ding my credit with a HP for a little increase.
EDIT: I do have some recently opened accounts.
Waiting for May to close and trying then. Hoping for auto and then I will hit them up for manual.
