How is GEMB with GW

My DW has few lates reported on couple of GEMB cards. How is GEMB with GW in removing lates? She works in finacial world and I am telling her she has to keep things clean.

but from what I've read over the years they stink with GW requests.

I recently did a GW for Belk and Lowes (both are closed accounts) and they removed payment history for Lowes but some how deleted my belk account from eq.  The other bureaus have not removed or deleted anything.

any chance you could give me the address you sent your GW to?  The only neg on my CR is an old 30 and 60 day late from a Banana Republic account which is due to fall off in a year any ways, but the sooner the better.  It's never really hurt me in terms of being denied credit, however, I would like it gone asap.  I have tried for over 2 years to send gw's but to no avail - I always get a nice letter back stating they are reporting the account correctly and nothing can be done.
