I was approved for the delta sky miles card on January 1st. It still has not hit my credit report. Does anyone know how long it takes to report? Thanks.

im curious too.. i got a blue sky literally the same day.. new years day app spree.. and it still hasn't hit my report.. hopefully some others will chime in ..

Depends on the individual.

Some had their accounts for over 4 months before it finally began reporting.

Mine was approved early Jan and it reported by mid Feb.

soon after first statement cuts if i remember correct

Mine always seem to report after the 2nd statement cuts. Latest one approved on 1/2/14 reported yesterday.

I'm desperately hoping mine doesn't report this month as I need to app and can't afford to wait until the balance updates on the next cycle. Is there a way to get amex to update a CRA with a PIF?

now that I think of it, mine does report after 2nd statement cut too!

However my 1st statement cut like a little more than 1 week after approval.

Not a big deal for me, but I was hoping it would take 3-4 months to report. Just kinda nice to have a hidden tradeline where I can literally bomb the card without having to worry about utilization.

When does your statement cut?

best to assume it will report after 2nd statement cut.

For my case: EX reported the account 1 day after 2nd statement cut. EQ and TU took almost a week.

Amex will not update CRAs mid cycle. Pretty much the same thing for Chase. Chase will escalate the case but it takes so long for them to process it ...
