I had to return an item that I purchased, the woman says she put it back on my CC but she didn't actually take the card to do anything. The receipt shows refunded amount but that was almost two weeks ago and it still isn't showing on my CC as a credit/return.
It seems ludicrous that it would take this long to refund the amount. Is this normal?
