How long for a CLI on the Gold Delta AMEX?

I recently got the Gold Delta Skymiles AMEX card in Early-Mid November 2017. How soon after having this card will they allow me to get a CLI? Will they offer an automatic CLI after a certain time period? Any information anyone has is helpful.

SL: $1,000 - I have been spending close to the limit each month and paying it off in full.

I've seen people get them in 61 days, others 91 or 181 days. It's a SP, you can asked as many times as you want.
I requested mine the same day I received the card and activated it.

But here's the summary:
- new accounts eligible for CLIs 61 days after account opening; requesting too early does not reset the clock
- if denied for reasons other than too early, it's a 91 day wait til you can try again; it's a 181 day wait if you are approved for an increase
- can only get one CLI for the entirety of your AMEX account every six months following approval so keep this in mind when choosing which card to get an increase for if you have multiple revolvers
- auto CLIs from AMEX do not reset the clock on customer-initiated
- said auto CLIs from AMEX are rare but happen

Okay, at the end of this month I am going to try the CLI. Hopefully they raise it up pretty high.

I got a Hilton Amex with a $10k start and at 61 days I clicked the button and was asked how much more. I clicked another $10k and was instantly approved. I should have gone more but didn’t know if I could more than double it. Paying off every month should get you some love.

$500 and $1000 SL’s are hard to get 61 3X on especially if your scores are low.

I would consider waiting until maybe 3-4 months before asking if you started with a low score and it hasn’t improved much.

I was declined for my 3X on a 2K SL for low FICO score. 631 at time of asking.
