How long should I wait before applying for the freedom unlimited?

I am now under 5/24 again and I had opened a freedom flex a couple years ago and then PCd to a freedom unlimited. I applied for the flex a few days ago but was instantly declined because I had received the SUB on 11/20/2020 previously. I changed my unlimited back to a flex that same day and asked if I could apply for a freedom unlimited but a new account so I could have both freedom cards. The CSR lady told me I should wait a little bit until the system processes that I PCed fbe unlimited to a flex before applying or else I will get instantly declined if it thinks I still have the unlimited. How long should I wait before opening a new freedom unlimited account?

Probably a month at a minimum.

I have no idea how long their system takes. I was just saying a month because I figure it's a good, safe cushion in case of anything. Plus it'll allow for an update to the credit bureaus, so there's that.

The credit bureaus just say JPMCB card. It doesn't say which chase card I have. I will probably call chase to make sure I'm safe to do it before I apply for a new FU. Feel it's beneficial to have both freedom cards in case I try to do the chase trifecta down the line
