Wait at lease six months to apply. How many inquiries did you have at the time of your denial?
I'm in the same boat was denied for too many inquiries my TU is over 700 so I am waiting 6 months.
I would also suggest 6-12 months depending on the number of new accounts. Myself I have added 3 Barclay cards in 18 months but paid attention to never have more than 2 TU pulls on my file and not more than 3 new accounts in the past 12 months. Like this all cards got approved.

So back in November I went on an app spree that finally ended when Barclays denied me for the Arrival+ for too many recent inquiries/accounts.
I would still like to acquire the Arrival+ at some point however. Should I wait 6 months before trying again? A year? Two? I'm in no rush to get the card but I would like to have it when the time is right.
At least 3months from denial, which is when it falls off their "application status" page which would mean automatic denial.
But bear in mind, if you apply in 3 months and are denied, Barclays will hold that inquiry against you.
So with Barclays, which is hyper concerned with inquiries, the later the better. Ideal, of course, would be 13 months from denial, with no intervening inquiries.
