According to your first post, you've only had these cards 2-3 weeks. Just have patience...they will report eventually.
The Amex cards won't report until the end of the calendar month in which the first statement is generated, which would mean end of January.
Also, regarding the Best Buy card, closing an account does not remove it from your reports. If it is a positive tradeline, it will stay there for another ten years after you close it. Any baddies associated with it will drop off seven years from the date of the baddie.
