They may give 0% percent Apr transfers to new customers, but I'm not quite sure which company may stop sending offers after 6 months 12 or 18 or whatever after a while to existing customers

Why is that distinction important to you?  If you need to do a balance transfer, what difference does it make if you use an existing account or a new one?

This is the same question you asked several days ago, and several members have answered that question as best it can be answered. You seem to be looking for a guarantee that simply can't be given.  Tell us more about what you're trying to do, and maybe some of the experts here can help you.

This is a question of clarification for all of you.

I get 0% APR balance transfers offers all the time but they also come with a transfer fee of 3% to 4%. Do any of you get offers with transfer fees that are lower than that? (Cause hey, that's still interest IMHO.)
