Hi
Recently, when I check the CLI page on Citi's website, one of my cards had the verbiage for a SP (It's easy to find out if you qualify for a credit limit increase. A credit bureau report will not be requested and you will receive an instant decision.). I went ahead and did this and got a $1500 increase.
Right after the CLI was granted, I saw that it changed the verbiage indicating that a hard pull would be done.
However, today (about 2 weeks later), I noticed that the verbiage is back to saying it would be a SP.
Is that correct? Could I get another SP CLI if I entered my info? How come it changed back to a SP CLI so quickly?
Same thing happens to me, and if you go ahead and request another SP CLI, it will automatically reject it and say you are not eligible because you just had a CLI in the past 6 months

Same for me, I got a CLI in June, tried last month with SP form, instantly rejected due to receiving a CLI within the past 6 months.
Ah okay. Understood. Makes sense, I guess. Dang it. Was hoping it would only change to that verbiage once I was eligible so I didn't have to keep track.
Did the SP CLI went from 5000 to 5750 said if I want to request more they will have to do a credit pull which I declined.
Yeah, I saw that too directly after the SP increase. When I checked and saw the same SP language was about 2 weeks after my CLI.
