They're all the same credit line. They are asking about the DiscoverCard feature where you can request additional cards with different card color or image, selected from a small selection of images.
i wouldnt go crazy with that feature, since Discover pays a price to make and ship each card to you. You don't want to become an unprofitable customer.

It's worth noting that Discover only has one design for their EMV Discover It right now though (t's metallic blue).

Discover effective January 1, 2015 released all of their cards in an EMV Chip format. A card member can log in and get into managing their account where all the card options are available with the EMV Chip. Discover had stated in November 2014 that they would be ready in January 2015 and they are all there now!
