How often to try for CLI Cap 1?

Cap 1 has been really good with CLI's recently and I was wondering if it's something I should try every month since it's a soft pull?

Last year I did every two months while my CL was still 5K. Once it worked I let it be as I do not need any more than what I have now. I cannot say how many unsuccessful attempts I did until that button came back with some results !  Good luck! 

Edit: yes it is a SP and will get you the EQ Fico score if denied.

I think as long as your last credit pull from them was positive, they will keep giving it to you.

Typically its every 6 months with Cap-1, I would try at 3 months from your last CLI.

I would like to do it every other hour but I fight that urge  and will do every three months or so.  I hear the 6 month rule alot!
