So my third Capital One statement cut and I just made a payment. I'm ready to request a CLI once that payment clears. My question is, should I request a CLI via the automated phone number? Or should I do a live chat and ask the customer service rep?
Do it online go to your account page at Capital One select the services tab at the upper right hand part of the page and then select0" request a credit line increase". Chatting or calling will do no better that the online method.
