That's weird about the hp, Up until recently I've been killing that button just about every month for the past 2 years. My initial limits for 2 cards were $2000 if I remember correctly and now are well over $20k.  100% soft pulls on both

Soonest you can get a CLI is when you receive your card and register it. I opened a few cards since March and they all got the initial increase. Then another at 60-90 days depending on the card.

Re: How soon can we get CLI on Comenity store cards

So, here's the update on my denial for the CLI on my children's place card:

• Lack of real estate secured loan information

• No open bankcards in your credit file

• Delinquent or derogatory account

• Average time since revolving accounts opened is too recent

Think I will get a measly Open Sky card so I don't risk another inquiry nor lock up unnecessary cash in a card with no benefits other than rebuild. Then, stay in the garden till my scores improve and I'm able to keep paying down this debt.

Starting Score: 12/18/2019 EQ 601 | TU 614 | EX 596
Current Score after recent fall from grace: 02/8/2023 EQ 647 | TU 660 | EX 663
Goal Score: 780
