No!
Well let me use my Paypal Key (PPK) account, ah, seems AMEX is limiting that now @Aim_High might be working my way over to Chase at a quicker pace than previously anticipated. I'll see how 2021 plays out with AMEX, I personally really love their customer service and claims process.

Thanks all!
I was approved for 3 in a single day with middle-600's FICO scores. Platinum, Bonvoy Brilliant, and Amazon Business Prime, in that order. Yes, it was after the COVID announcement.
Wow @Anonymous 3 in 1 day?! We're they decent limits?

Ultimately FICO will determine what you get, above and beyond income, even.
I had a low FICO (due to only 22 months of clean payment history) and dozens of INQ, but single-digit UTIL, six-figure income. Definitely not the strongest candidate.
- Platinum has a $2,000 POT limit
- Amazon has a $3,000 revolving limit
- Mariott has a $3,100 revolving limit
I have since hit them up for more (both CLI and additional products) but have hit some sort of a ceiling, likely due to being 18/24 instead of hitting an internal AmEx limit. They allow you to more have revolvers than that.
Dang 18/24 😎 I'm at 7/24 and I'm like freaking out that I'm going to spook lenders! That's why I decided to garden for a year but Idk if I'll make it 😂💳

I would definitely "undo" some junk lenders that gave me toy limits and a rate so high I wouldn't dare carry a balance on it if there was the headroom to do so. But I'll share who my most recent adds were so in case you get itchy fingers, you won't be staring down a denial:
PenFed (Platinum, $5,000 - and Power Cash Rewards, $5,000)
Ikea Projekt ($5,500)
Jared ($4,000)
Fidelity Rewards, through Elan Bank ($11,500 opening, now $13,500)
To be fair, the Elan one did ask for assets under management (totally optional) and I think that may have helped me get a higher limit than I would have otherwise qualified for.
Thanks for the info. Those are some nice approvals 😃 I always have itchy fingers but I know I have to garden. When my old student loan lates fall off next year I'll get a nice boost (I would imagine, I hope!) And maybe at some point after that I think I'll go for a second amex (hilton). Hopefully some day we can start travelling again 😭

You can try disputing them, some accounts on which I disputed the lates eventually disappeared in a week or two. Whether or not they reappear, this is an excellent window to stretch for the cards you want. Exception being if you are looking at something like a Chase card that has a 5/24 rule. (I have also heard 5/24 can be bypassed if you visit a branch.
