I've read here that they usually keep new account holders on a short leash and regualry soft pull your credit report...I was approved for an Amex BCE card on Friday and also for a Discover It, and Care Credit cards last week...so I was wondering if this would cause any sort of review on my Amex account?

Highly unlikely. That really isn't much in the way of new accounts.

That all depends. I was approved for a 5k ED back in may with scores around 670ish. I was then approved at the same time for delta gold and PRG in June.
Denied 3x CLI at activation AND at 90 days.
Unless your scores are marginal, with high utilization, I doubt you will have problems.
Please list 3 ficos, AAOA, inquiries, and balances.

Thanks! I was just kind of worried since I've read some horror stories around here

I wouldn't even worry about it. People posting those threads are usually doing something outside the norm or carrying high balances month to month etc. Amex may be stricter than some lenders, but they are usually not irrational.
