My replacement metal card finally showed up in the mail today. I did not look into the design change after it was announced so it was a surprise. I thought it was interesting it had my name on both sides of the card and I could definitely feel the heavier weight of the card. I liked the look of my old card and the new one looks more bland and kind of similar to my two QS cards.

Well, I would think taking a minute to razor through the plastic first to expose the metal would elimate that issue, both for this card and for bicycle locks.
I am definitely over 5/24, but I started a Prime membership a few days ago and I applied for the Amazon Prime Visa card the day after. I got the 7-10 day message, however. Will the Amazon card show up on my regular Chase login page, or will the card appear on my Amazon page instead? I'm just trying to find a way to tell whether I've been approved or not. I keep calling the automated check status number, but the machine just says "application is being reviewed"
As far as I know, the Chase Amazon card is not subject to the 5/24 rule so I don't believe that will be a factor holding you back from approval. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong on this.
As for where the card will show up, I would assume on your Chase account, but I'd like to know the answer to this from those that have the card.

For me it showed up as a payment method on my Amazon account right away, then on my Chase dashboard a day or two later.
Others have reported seeing it on the Chase dashboard right away, though... in any case it will always (eventually) be in both places.
What credit report do they pull to apporve this card?

For both of my Chase accounts (IHG and Amazon) I was double-pulled EQ and EX.
I've seen people report TU pulls as well, though, so it's a bit YMMV.

Thank you very much. With my scores, I would not get it approved any way. I have to wait another 6 months before I could apply for any new credit card.
I was double-pulled on TransUnion and Experian.
Has anyone NOT been double pulled for this card?
