How to get Discover to update?

It has been 29 days since my last statement date with discover, and they are still reporting the May balance.. 

Before my June cycle closed, they gave me a CLI.. I let June close with a $0 balance.. Should I let a small balance report for it to update? I have never had this problem with them before..

I am waiting for them to do my first update.   My second statement cuts today/tomorrow. I have read that they update the Friday after your statement.

it takes about 60 days foir the first update

They usually update after one completed billing period. So your initial new card period will be included within. Chase Airlines card is the same.

They did that to me too and just after they gave me a CLI too they did not post it to any of the 3 CB. 

But I fixed them, i let a small balance post to my account instead of my normal PIF before the statmement cut off date and they updated everything at once.
