How to get a person at Barclays????

I've searched through the forum and can't find the info, so please forgive me if this is a repost, but...

In scouring my CR, I find there's an accont for Barclays I don't recognize.  It says zero balance, etc... but I want to clear it up.

I tried calling the phone number in the CR as well as on the web and the automated voice asks for my full SS# (don't like that) - and then my zip.

It then tells me it can't find my info and to call back when I have it... well... now what?  Anyone know how I can get a PERSON??

Thanks!  That "Get Human" is the greatest thing.   I'm sure that as we speak though there are companies changing the way to do it based on the published info out there.
