How to get chase $100 credit?

My girlfriend and I are new card members with Chase, both got the freedom. The promotion mentioned you can receive $100 credit if you spend $500 or more in the first 3 months. How does she receive the credit? Does she have to wait the 3 months before getting it? Thanks guys

After you spend 500+ in the first 3 months and when the statement cuts then you get the bonus.

Got mine the statement after I met the spend min.

Ditto. As soon as statement cut, the 100 dollars was available in rewards. It will probably sit there for a while.

Should be directly after the statement cuts when you spend $500.

Regular reward points also post right after the statement cuts.  

I love the Chase bonus, I put mine towards paying for my 3DS.

Just remember that it isn't a cash bonus.  It is actually 10k UR points.  You can redeem them for $100 cash.   However, there are other redemption options available. 

Unlike some CCC's, the sign on bonus will not show up as a statement credit.

EDIT: Be sure to monitor the public bonus Chase offers.  If they bump the offer up to 20k in the next month or so, SM Chase and ask for the larger bonus.

i should be getting my $100 from the Freedom soon, i think you can choose for it to be given to you as a Statement Credit...
