How to get cli from citi?

I have a citi forward card for 6 month and always pay in full every month and spend more than 1000 on the card each month, but citi still does not give me auto cli. Do I need to call them or request online? 

When I request online, it always gives me a table to fill in. I think this is the sign of hp so I do not go on. Is there any way to get cli from citi without hp? Thanks!

YMMV but mine was a SP. I got greedy and did another request immediately after because I wanted to get to $5K. It resulted in a HP and an approval. You can have the online chat rep walk you through it and confirm it's a SP. I believe it has been for most people.

Yes YMV. First CLI attempt, I inserted my information online and it resulted in an HP. Second CLI attempt I called in and let the CSR know I wanted an SP, no HP. She confirmed it would be an SP. I did recieve a targeted offer for anoter CC before I decided to request a CLI on my Citi card. I figured if they send me this offer for a new card they might give me a CLI on my old one.
