How to get targeted for 55k United MileagePlus Explorer card?

So I've been very interested in getting this card as my next card simply because of the sign up bonus, as well as the several perks that come with it such as the expanded saver seat availability, and priority boarding.

However, my problem is I have never been targeted for the 50K + 5k authorized user sign up bonus. When I log into United and try to book a flight, all I get is the 30k + $50 statement credit banner. I've read online and have done akmost everything to try to get targeted like having miles in my account (35k+), signed up and purchased things through united mileage plus shopping, and I've even SM'd Chase asking them to target me but received a bad response (didn't really answer my question).

What else can I do?

Nothing really unless you're a Premier Gold or Premier Platinum member.  But since you're a current MP member, these offers can fluctuate throughout the year (targetted vs non-targetted).  But there are some public offers that are published periodically either via the UA or Chase website - you just have to keep an eye for them (the most recent one for 50K expired in August/September I believe).  You can also peruse through FT to see whether any other offers may be floating around.

If you own a business, there's an active MP Explorer for Business 50K sign up offer available:

@Dom1 - Oddly enough, I recently registered with e-miles to add a few points so my miles don't expire.
Last week UA sent me a 50,000 offer for $2,000 spend. Stating "you recently added miles to your account".
E-miles let you redeem @250 miles. I stopped using them on first redemption.
