I don't travel that much either to be honest. IMO I would say AARP is a better option than Amazon for a Chase card for non travelers. Maybe some people shop more than they eat and drive, but I don't.

I'm honestly not sure. I know you can move balances around between co-branded cards but I have no idea about PCs.
Freedom isn't bad either for non travelers but it looses some of its luster when it's not paired with CSP.
