How to remove an AU from FNBO card?

My DW is an AU on my FNBO complete rewards card. We want her to be removed as AU on all her credit reports (in order to keep her below 5/24 for Chase Ink Preferred card). I recently got her removed from my CSP which was really easy as all she had to do was to send them a SM.

We were wondering if anyone has any experience with FNBO with that regard. Thanks!

I don't personally know about FNBO, but for Disco & Citi cards, I just go on their website, click "manage my account", and "remove the AU."

Hopefully this works for FNBO too.

That can be done with FNBO as well but I do not know if that will indeed be updated on the credit reports as it did in case of Chase.

But do the automatically report it to credit agencies for removing the AU's account from AU's reports or you yourself will have to do it.
