How to request Chase Amazon CLI?

I might just be unobeservant, but can anyone with this card tell me how to request a CLI? Should there be a link on the Online Banking page?

Does the button only show up when you're eligible?

Or do I have to call in?

Re: How to request Chase Amazon CLI?

I recently tried requesting a CLI from them and when chatting with a CSR I was told chat or phone were the only options. Both of them would result in a hard pull.

^^ all true. Chase makes you call them, and it's always a HP :-(

Re: How to request Chase Amazon CLI?

I called in last week for my partner. Got denied, called the backdoor number immediately and got approved for a $2k CLI. It was first initially denied because of his Best Buy card issues in 2009 (his first credit card.) I explained what happened and the lady I spoke to agreed that everything has been fine since then.

Re: How to request Chase Amazon CLI?

I was offered a CLI about a week ago, no HP necessary. I think I've had my account open for about... nine months now. And there has been lots of activity on it. Seems like Chase is one of those that will offer CLIs if you use the card pretty regularly.
