I love my furry friends and I was looking into applying for the HS Discover card.

I noticed when I clicked on the button the next page only asks for my last 4 digits of my SSN.
Is Discover going to review my app. as a SP or HP?
If you have this card, do you like the rewards structure?
it's just regular discover it card, you can just change the picture to that one at anytime.
I'm pretty sure it would be a HP and if you already have a Discover It card you can select that design and get those benefits that way.
Will be a HP, just put Joe Blow and 1234 as SS # and next page asks for full SS #

How can it be a HP if they are only asking for my last 4 digits like a Comenity Popup window? They don't even know the first 5 digits to make a 100% HP- am I missing something?

don't think discover will approve you with only last 4 digits of your social.

I tried it and it seems to personalize the application. Maybe it can screen applicants before application? Just my guess...
