Well folks, it wasn't all bad opening with me opening up a  CitiUpromise Card this month ( 8/2/07) , as I just received an email from Equifax that my score has jumped  +24 points.  I also received a +10 points from a Citi  account which wasn't posted in March, 2007 until now and something else.    So my score went from 696 (8/3/07) to 730 as of today 9/1/07.

Ok the reasons listed for the score jump was this:

8/3/07 - score 696

8/23/07 - +3 pts to 699 - an account that has been inactive for three months recently became active

8/26/07 -  FICO score gone up +7pts to 706 because of changes to credit report.

8/30/07 - New account (CitiUpromise) +24 pts!!
