Re: I *Heart* Barclays!

While I agree that Barclays is good, it depends which of their card you get. I have the Apple one and from what I have read the CL is not stellar. But it serves its purpose:

1. Getting a prime card

2. Establishing good history with Barclays

3. Finance 0% with Apple products

4. Did I say it was a prime card?

I hope in the distant future to get an LL Bean card also.

But I can say I <3 my Barclays card.

Re: I *Heart* Barclays!

Well a cl of 12000 is not to shabby because if you have great credit and recon and say you want to redo your whole house with new Mac pros and you have credit to back it up I bet they give you a very good cl

You mean a CL of $12000  on the Apple Card??  That would be a first. I think the highest I have heard (in my case) of is $5000.

Yes they do go high in cl have you ever went to the apple store lol you need a huge cl to get just a computer iPad and tv think of it like this 12000 cl only gets you a couple MacBooks really not much when you think about it cl are not determined by the kind of card they are fully due to credit history if you have a long credit history and perfect payment history you can get what you want from them

Re: I *Heart* Barclays!

The prime card status is one I have waited for; the CL I don't expect to go over 5k - may just settle for 3k and ride the AAoA on it for the rest of my life.

Re: I *Heart* Barclays!

I think a lot of people forget how big Barclays is 12000 dollar cl is not to hard to obtain if you have great history and you use the card and especially if you start with them being new to credit and then build your credit up I'm sure you can get it up to 15k that is my goal I'm 19 have 1000 cl on apple card and 500 on carnival card I'm pretty sure if I keep with them and build my already good credit that by time I'm 30 I could have 15 k cl if not more
