I reallly want a good 0% APR Balance Transfer offer to pay down a $10,000 debt from another high interest card. What are my best options excluding Chase, Citi, AMEX and Capital One cards?

I'm about to utilize part of my Citi Simplicity CL for a balance transfer. 21 months no interest. 3% transfer fee but worth it IMO.
