Perhaps you might want to consider the Barclay Ring MC? Across-the-board 8% V APR for purchases, BT, and cash advances. Also no BT fee and only a $3 charge per cash advance.

Yes. Trying to think of others. My credit union cards and Barclay Ring are the only cards that come to mind.
I 2nd Musiclover...I would look at CU or Ring, and frankly CU first for sooooo many reasons, primarily being that Barclays can be a fickle lender (I've had no issues but the forum is full of Barclays AA stories)
I would still open a 2nd BBR. Lol.
If you want low rates go to your local credit union. They tend to offer higher limits than ring for scores like yours.
Nasa would be good but not as low of a rate.
