I have acquired all the cards which I need and want. I am really happy!This is how I am going to use them:

Dinning: CSP / Arrival / Costco Amex (all 2%)

Gas: USAA MC (5% for the next entire year) / Freedom & it (5% quarterly)

Groceries: USAA Amex (2%) / Costco Amex @ Costco

Travel: CSP / Arrival (2%)

Everything else: Arrival (2%)

Sock drawer: NFCU cashRewards & goRewards

I would just use the Arrival for everything, seeing that all the benefits you're recieving are at 2% only, except the 5% quarterly bonus offer by your other cards. Or Freedom/CSP combo. I don't really know, don't listen to me. Arrival and it's 2x everything just makes it easy on those that don't like crunching numbers so much.
