Re: I do not know who to choose

The Capital One cards are great!
If I were you I would go for the Venture. If you are pre-approved, with that income i'm thinking you will get a 10-15k SL. That should be all you need and I would hesitate going for the two for one simply because you want to limit the amount of accounts you pick up so close to a mortgage. It probably won't hurt you and it may actually be enough of a boost to your score by June to help you, but it is a risk.
After you apply for the Venture (which I would do right now!!!!), go right back and check the pre-qual to see if it still says you are pre-approved for the QS. If you are, apply for that if you want, if you are not, don't!

Good Luck!

Re: What would u choose?

The ones I think would give me the highest SL if that is at the top of your priority list. You can always get the remaining cards later imo.

My scores are Ex 662 EQ 660 TU 670 but I have had a collection removed since last pull. My income is 45k. I have not started the process for Mortgage yet. I was thinking of the 2 for 1 with Capital one.

If you can, I would hold off on apping til you closed on the house. After your mortgage report to the bureaus, you will get a ton of mail offers for cards. Good luck!

Most likely Capital One Venture will give you the best SL. They base it largely off of income. Citi will likely give you a junk limit.
What are your scores and income?
Depending on your scores now, I might suggest waiting until after the mortgage, but you might benefit from adding one card right now. Do not add a bunch of cards now so close to the mortgage.

It's always a YMMV type of thing.  When I started rebuilding, I was getting some small limits.  I could understand that, but Citi jumped right in with a 5 figure SL.  This helped to kickstart the others.

Starting Score: 504
July 2013 score:

Current scores after adding $81K in CLs and 2 new cars since July 2013
EQ:809 TU 777 EX 790 Now it's just garden time!

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.
