Call chase or Amex ? Amex are the ones who is doing the FR. and I have a balance transfe set where I am moving my Amex balance to chase .

Call chase or Amex ? Amex are the ones who is doing the FR. and I have a balance transfe set where I am moving my Amex balance to chase .
Call AmEx, make them explain exactly what their problem and why are they being so difficult about you buying then returning and then buying another product
