I'm Done with new accounts and inquiries. I have frozen all CR in 2 years my score should be in 800s I have a thick file. Gardening is in order. I have 0 negative but have 20 on TU and 7 on EQ I want a 2family house in 3 yrs and don't want high interest.

Same here. Just froze all 3 on Friday. Don't need anymore cards. Not applying for a car anytime soon and I've already bought my house.  I'm a member of NFCU and the approvals over there are too easy... Which is something I don't need right now.

I think it depends on your state...but for me it's 5 bucks each to place, lift, or remove.

It was $10 for me. Just call each agency and go though it

Does it still allow companies to do soft pulls?  Meaning does it only prevent Hard Pulls?

Yes companies can still SP but not hard. All your banks is going still see your report.

It is...I was able to freeze all 3 of my reports in less than 5 minutes online.  Very simple process.
